HOME IT IS

Where do you live? It is the question you quickly face when you are in a conversation. I live in a house with my family. What I like most of the place is wherever in this world I am, I just feel so safe coming back here and what I don’t like is when I am so tired and not in a mood to clean it up, I still have to. Whatever it’s the little imperfections which make up my home and perfection is little boring so home is where my heart is, home it is.

A ROMANTIC TAKEAWAY

The day of lovers was celebrated in great style all over the world and fancy restaurants don’t miss a chance to actually cash on it. But due to recession this year on 14th Feb, I and my husband decided to celebrate in our own style or may I say pocket style. So we took our portable garden chairs, and took some yummy take away from the near fast food cart and some wine in the ice box and went for a ride found this little cozy place, the view was simply spectacular and it was great romantic takeaway.

I Married My Husband—NOT His Family

Sometimes, I wish my husband and our sons lived across the country, away from his family. His family loves to indulge in talk about one another- who is doing what, how much money they may make, or how much debt they may be in, what their children are doing or not doing, and endless comparing to one another. Since I tend to be a very private person, I strongly dislike having my “business” hashed over and embellished upon by those who have no interest in my life, other than to make themselves feel superior in some way. The judgmental attitudes, the non-stop comparison of one sibling to the other, and the judging of the grandchildren sets my teeth on edge. We are actively looking for employment outside of the state, and dreaming of the day we move.

Technology…

My Dad built us a desk top computer about four years ago. I love quite a few things about it- mostly because my Dad built it. But if I could, I think I’d get a laptop to work on. The desk top takes up a lot of space. We don’t have a lot of space to spare here, so I think a laptop would give us a bit more room to work in. As it stands now, not only are we tight on room, but I can’t quite figure out how to take the desk top computer outside to work and watch the boys play at the same time. Someday I’d like to have a portable unit with a wirelss connection. Sure would make life easier

Wireless connection. Sure would make life easier!
